INGREDIENTS:
rice - 2 cups
yellow food color - 1 tspn
sugar - 7 tablespn
oil - half cup
milk - half cup
cardamom - 5 or 6
METHOD:

METHOD:
- Bring water to boil in a large vessel,add yellow food color and rice
- When rice is almost done then drain the water
- Put the rice in a bowl
- Heat a oil in a vessel add cardamom and fry for 5 minutes
- Add sugar and milk boil stir with the wooden spoon until sugar dissolves
- Now add rice cover and cook for 10 minutes
- Then put the vessel on a tawa for 10 minutes
- Add almond and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot
