INGREDIENTS:
eggs - 2
salt - half teaspoon
red chilli powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
coriander powder - quater teaspoon
coriander leaves - quater bunch chopped
black pepper powder - quater teaspoon
water - quater cup
onion - 1 small chopped
tomato - half chopped
METHOD:
- Heat a oil in a pan and fry onion to golden color.
- Add water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add tomato,green chilli,red chilli powder,coriander leaves and powder,salt,garam masala and black pepper.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Now take a mixture in a beated egg and mix well.
- Take all mixture in a fry pan and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut into triangles pieces.
- Serve with slices.
