How To Make A Breakfast Egg Omelette

INGREDIENTS:

eggs - 2
salt - half teaspoon
red chilli powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
coriander powder - quater teaspoon
coriander leaves - quater bunch chopped
black pepper powder - quater teaspoon
water - quater cup
onion -  1 small chopped
tomato - half chopped


METHOD:

  1. Heat a oil in a pan and fry onion to golden color.
  2. Add water and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato,green chilli,red chilli powder,coriander leaves and powder,salt,garam masala and black pepper.
  4. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Now take a mixture in a beated egg and mix well.
  6. Take all mixture in a fry pan and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Cut into triangles pieces.
  8. Serve with slices.
