How To Make Chicken And Vegetables Macaroni Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
macaroni - 2 cup boiled
chicken boneless - half kg chopped cubes
salt to taste
soya sauce - 3 tablespoon
vinegar - 3 tablespoon
onion - 1 medium chopped
green onion - 4 chopped
carrot - 2 chopped
potato 2 or 3 chopped
oil - 3 or 4 tablespoon
green capsicum - 2 chopped
garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
red chilli powder - 1 or 1/2teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
tomatoes - 2 or 3 chopped
chinese salt - 1 teaspoon
coriander leaves chopped
green chilli 2 or 3 chopped

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a vessel add garlic paste and fry for 3 or 4 minutes.
  2. Add chicken and fry until chicken turns into white color.
  3. Add salt,red chilli powder,soya sauce,chinese salt , turmeric powder and vinegar cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add green onion,capsicum,potato,carrot and tomatoes.
  5. Cook and cover for 10 to 15 minutes once the vegetables are cokeed.
  6. Add boiled macaroni and mix well and sprinkle green chilli and coriander leaves serve it.
