How To Make Punjabi Kadhi Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
yogurt - 1 kg
besan(gram flour) - less than half kg
cumin seed - 1 teaspoon chopped
ginger - 1 inch
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
salt to taste#
red chilli powder - 1 or 2 teaspoon
onion - 2 or 3 medium chopped
coriander powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
garlic - 7 or 8 cloves(grind)
green chilli - 3 or 4
oil - 4 or 5 tablespoon

METHOD:
  1. Heat a oil in a pot.
  2. Add onion fry to golden brown color.
  3. Add garlic,ginger paste,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt and cumin seed.
  4. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Now take a bowl and add yogurt,water and besan make a liquidy mixture like lassi.
  6. Add this mixture in masala.let it cook on low flame.
  7. Add green chillies,cover and cook till kadhi is well cooked.
  8. After 5 to 10 minutes add pakoras.


FOR PAKORA `S:
coriander leaves - half bunch chopped
green chilli - 4 or 5 finely chopped
chat masala - half teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
onion - 2 or 3 small
besan - half kg
salt to taste
red chilli powder - half teaspoon
water - half cup

1.Mix all thia ingredients well form a thick batter
2.Take a deep fry pan add oil.
3.Drop small portion of besan mixtuRe.
4.Deep fry till golden brown.
5.Drain and place on kitchen tissue.
