INGREDIENTS:
tomato - 6 medium chopped
chicken - 1 kg
oil - more than half cup
coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
cumin seed - 1 teaspoon
saunf - half teaspoon
kalonji - less than quater teaspoon
lemon - 1
yogurt - 4 tablespoon
green chillies - 2 or 3
ginger paste - 3 tablespoon
garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
red chilli powder - half or 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
METHOD:
tomato - 6 medium chopped

red chilli powder - half or 1 teaspoon

METHOD:
- Heat a oil in a vessel.
- Add chicken,garlic,ginger paste and salt fry for 3 or 4 minutes.
- When the water dries add coriander seed,cum seed,saunf,kalonji,red chilli,turmeric powder and yogurt.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes cook till the tomatoes are tender.
- Then cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add lemon juice,green chillies.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Remove fromn flame and garnish with coriander leaves(optional).
- Serve with simple yogurt and roti..
