How To Make A Delicious Keema Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

minced meat(keema) - half kg
onion - 3 medium chopped
tomatoes - 4 chopped
green chillies - 3 chopped
fresh coriander leaves chopped
coriander seed - 1 teaspoon
white cumin seed - 1 teaspoon
red chilli powder - 1teaspoon
garam masala - half or 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - quater teaspoon
salt to taste
ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
water - 1 cup
green capsicum(shimla mirch) - 4 chopped

METHOD:
Heat a oll in a vessel.
Add onion,keema,ginger and garlic paste cook for 5 minutes
Add red chilli,turmeric powder,salt,tomato and water.
Cover and cook till the keema and tomatoes are tender.
Now add shimla mirch cover and cook for 4 to 5 mjnutes on medium flame.
Take a coriander seeds and cumin seed on tawa and cook for 1 minutes and crush it.
Sprinkle on keema.
In the end add garam masala and remove from flame.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and green chillies.
Serve with hot roti and raita.
