INGREDIENTS:
onion - 2 small chopped
red chilli - 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - half or 1 teaspoon
chapni - half kg
garlic - 1 tablespoon
green chilli - 4
cumin seed - 1 teaspoon
tomato - 4 chopped
METHOD:
Heat a oil in a pan add onion and garlic paste fry for 5 minutes.
Add chapni,salt,red chilli,turmeric,cumin seeds and tomatoes.
Cover and cook till chapni is well cooked.
Add garam masala and remove from flame.
Now garnish with green chilli and corainder leaves its optional.
