INGREDIENTS:
onion - 3 medium chopped
ginger - 1 inch chopped
garlic - 3 or 4 pieces chopped
yogurt - 3 or 4 tablespoon
salt - half teaspoon
chicken - half kg into cubes pieces
red chilli - half or 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
tikka boti masala - 1 or 2 tablespoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
oil - 3 or 4 tablespoon
coal - 1 inch
frozen paratha as required
FOR CHATNI:
coriander leaves half bunch
mint - quater bunch
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
coconut - 1 teaspoon chopped
imli - 2 or 3 teaspoon
salt - half teaspoon
green chillies
ginger 2 pieces
INSTRUCTION:
Marinate all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat a oil in a pan add all ingredients.
Cook it for 15 minutes when chicken is tender and soft.
Burn the coal place the piece of burning coal in the chicken and drizzle 2 drops of cooking oil.
Cover it for 5 minutes and put coal outside.
Now take all ingredient of chatni in the blender and blend to a smooth paste
Put the frozen paratha fry to golden brown.
Place the chatni and chicken onto the paratha and roll it.
Cover with kitchen tissue.
Now your chicken roll is ready serve with tomato ketchup.
