How To Make Bottle Gourd With Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS:
Bottle Gourd (loki) - 4 big (peel and chopped)
Onion - 2 big chopped
Chicken - half kg (washes)
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon                                          
Garam masala - half teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Green chillies - 3 or 4
Tomato - 2 medium chopped
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - more than half teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Water - 2 or 3cups
Oil - l/2 cups



METHOD:
Heat a oil in a vessel add onion,ginger and garlic paste fry to golden brown.
Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and coriander powder.
Add tomato and green chilli cook till the tomato becomes tender.
Now add chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add bottle gourd and water.Cook till bottle gourd is little bit soft.
Take a bowl seperate all chicken from vessel.
Cover and cook till the bottle gourd get soft and tender.
Again put the chicken in the vessel add garam masala powder and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from flame and Garnish with coriander leaves its optional.
Serve with white rice.
