INGREDIENTS:
bottle gourd - 1 cup finely choppedsalt to taste
yogurt - 1 kg
oil - 1 table spoon
cumin seed - 1 teaspoon
crushed red chilli - 1 or half teaspoon
METHOD:
Heat a oil in a pan
Add cumin seed,red chilli,salt and bottle gourd
Fry till the gourd gets tender and soft
Now take a bowl add yogurt and bottle gourd mixture and mix well
Serve with roti
