INGREDIENTS:
chicken - 1 kg bonesless(boiled and chopped in small pieces)
potato - half kg (boiled and mashed)
red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
salt - half or 1 teaspoon
coriander leaves - 1 bunch
black pepper powder - quater teaspoon
cooking oil
green chillies - 5 or 6 chopped
egg - 1 or 2
METHOD:
RAITA:
put the yogurt in the bowl add little amount of water,salt(grinded coriander leaves,green chillies and cumin seeds)chat masala and mix well.now raita is ready to serve with cutlets...

METHOD:
- Mash potato and chicken.
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- Now shaped them into a small round aNd flat patties.
- Take a pan and heat a oil in a pan.
- Dip the cutlet in beated egg.
- Fry cutlets to golden brown.
- Serve the culets with raita.
