INGREDIENTS:
mutton - 1 kg
onion - 1 medium chopped
tomato - 2 tomatoes chopped
garlic/ginger - 1 tablespoon
green chilli - 4 or 5
red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
salt as required
oil
coriander powder - half teaspoon
coriander leaves - half bunch chopped
garam masala - half teaspoon
water - 2 cups
yougrt - 1 tablespoon
INSTRUCTION:

water - 2 cups
yougrt - 1 tablespoon
INSTRUCTION:
- Put all ingredients in a pot,add 1 cup of water.
- Cook til the meat is tender ans soft.
- Then add oil and cook till oil saparates.
- Add yougurt,cook till water dries.
- Add 2 cup of water bring to boil.
- After 10 to 15 minutes add garam masala.
- Remove from flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
