How To Make Mix Sabzi Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
carrot - half kg chopped
oil - 4 or 5 tablespoon
onion - 2 medium chopped
salt - half or 1 teaspoon
red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
maithi - half bunch chopped
potato - 5 medium peeled and chopped
green chilli - 3 or 4
corianger leaves as required
peas - half kg
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

METHOD:


  1. Heat a oil and add cumin seeds in a vessel.add onion fry to golden colour.
  2. Add red chilli,turmeric powder,green chilli and salt.
  3. cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Add maithi and peas.
  5. now cook till maithi and peas are tender and soft.
  6. After that add carrot and potatoes.
  7. cook till the carrot and potatoes are tender and soft.
  8. Add garam masala.cover and cook for 5 minutes
  9. Sparkle coriander leaves.
  10. Remove from flame.Serve with paratha
