INGREDIENTS:
carrot - half kg chopped
oil - 4 or 5 tablespoon
onion - 2 medium chopped
salt - half or 1 teaspoon
red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
maithi - half bunch chopped
potato - 5 medium peeled and chopped
green chilli - 3 or 4
corianger leaves as required
peas - half kg
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
METHOD:

METHOD:
- Heat a oil and add cumin seeds in a vessel.add onion fry to golden colour.
- Add red chilli,turmeric powder,green chilli and salt.
- cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Add maithi and peas.
- now cook till maithi and peas are tender and soft.
- After that add carrot and potatoes.
- cook till the carrot and potatoes are tender and soft.
- Add garam masala.cover and cook for 5 minutes
- Sparkle coriander leaves.
- Remove from flame.Serve with paratha
