FIRST WAY:
Drill hole through nail from inside of nail like this way
twist it to open nail pierce by pulling one side towards you and one side away you
hook the piercing into your nail
after hooking the nail pierce you close it tightly
SECOND WAY:
now you can wear nail piercing just like necklace this way
