How To Make Fish Curry Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

fish washed - 1 kg
tomatoes - 3 chopped
green chillies - 3 or 4
onion - 2 medium chopped
cumin seeds - half teaspoon
turmeric powder - halt teaspoon
red chilli powder - half teaspoon
salt - 1 teaspoon
garam masala - half teaspoon
coriander leaves - half bunch
oil as required
ginger paste - halt teaspoon
garlic paste - teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat a oil in a pot add cumin seed,onion and fry till golden brown.
  • Then add tomatoes and garlic,ginger paste,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt,green chilli.cook till tender and soft.
  • Add washed fish and lemon juice.
  • Cook for 15 to 20 minutes till the fish are soft and tender.
  • In the end add garam masala and remove from flame.
  • Now garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with simple rice.
