SHAHMI KABAB


INGREDIENTS:
Mutton - 1 kg boneless
Salt to taste
Gram lentil (chaana daal) - 3 quater soaked
Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon -  4 inch
Black Cardamom  - 3
Cloves - 3
Black pepper seeds  - 1 teaspoon
Whole red chillies -  8
Fennel seeds - half teaspoon
Coriander seeds - half tspoon
Ginger/Garlic - 1 tablespoon paste
Water - 3 glass
Oil  - 3 tablespoon

FOR CHOPPING:
Onion  - 1 Medium
Coriander leaves - half bunch
Mint - half bunch
Egg  - 2
Green chillies - 4 or 5

METHOD:
Boil all these ingredient on medium flame except lentil
All ingredient are lIittle bit tender add gram lentil and again cook on medium flame.
When water dries and all ingredients are  Perfectly tender remove from flame so let it cool
Now put all mixture in chopping machine and add coriander leaves,green chillies , onion , mint leaves and eggs. finely chopped .
Shape into round Flattened kababs.
Heat a oil in a pan and deep fry kabab until the kababs turns into golden brown.
Serve with ketchup and chatni...
