INGREDIENTS:
Whole Red Chilli (Saabut Laal Mrrch) - 5 or 6Coriander (Hara Dhania) - Half Bunch
Green Chili (Hari Mirch)- 3 or 4
Mint(Poodina) - 8 or 9 leaves
Yellow Lentil (Moong Ki Daal) - 1 Small Cup(Washed N Soaked)
Salt To Taste
Cumin Seed (safaid zeera) - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania) - 1 Teaspoon
Saunf - 1 Teaspoon
Onion (Pyaaz) - 1 Medium
Ginger (Adrak) - Halt Teaspoon
Garlic (Lehson) - Half Teaspoon
METHOD:
For Pakore:
- Pehle blender main daal,hara dhania,podina,hari mirch,pyaaz,adrak,lehson or salt ko blend karleinge.
- Phir us mixture ko tablespoon se Deep fry oil main daleinge jab wo light brown fry hojayn to oil se nikal lein.
For Dhai:
- Whole Laal mirch,zeera,sabut dhania,saunf ko tawe per bhunlein.
- Phie isko blender main blend karlein phir dhai mein add karlein salt ke saath.
- Pakoron ko dhai m daal lain upar se chaat masala daal ke serve karein.
