Bread Ke Kabab

INGREDIENTS:

Bread - 8 to 10 Slices
Egg - 1
Garam Masala - half teaspoon
Corianderv leaves - half bunch chopped
green chilli - 3 or 4 chopped
onion - 1 small chopped
Red chilli -half teaspoon
chicken boneless - half cup( boiled into small pieces)
Black pepper - half teaspoon
salt to taste
Mint - 5 to 6 leaves chopped
Garlic paste - half teaspoon

METHOD:

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Take the mixture about 2 or 3 tablespoon Shape the mixture into small round flattened balls or kabab.
  • Heat a oil Deep fry Kababs till light brown.
