INGREDIENTS:
chicken - 1kg
rice - 1kg(washed and soaked)
oil - 3 tablespoon
tomatoes - 2 medium chopped
green chillies - 3
cinnamon stick- 1 or 2
cardamoms - 4 or 5
whole cumin seed - half teaspoon
cloves - 3
black peppercorn - 6 or 7
red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - half teaspoon
onion - 2 small
salt to taste
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
water - 2 or 3 cup
METHOD:

METHOD:
- Heat a oil in a vessel add Onion fry to golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes,green chillies,whole garam masala,red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder and half cup of Water cover and cook till tomatoes are well cooked.
- Add Chicken pieces cook for 20 to 30 minutes on medium flame till the chicken is well cooked.
- Now add water and rice and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.take tawa on stove put the pulao vessel on it for dum.
- Cook till the rice and chicken are done and water has almost dried up.
- Turn off heat and donot remove lid for 10 minutes.
- Serve with green chatni or raita...
