Simple And Easy Dried Mash Ki Daal Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Mash ki Daal(White lentil)- 1 Cup
Green chilli - 4 or 5 chopped
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 3 cloves chopped
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Onion - 1 chopped
Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
Coriander leaves chopped
Water - 1 cup
Oil - quater cup

INSTRUCTION:

  • Wash and boil white lentil till lentil is well coooked.
  • On the other hand take a vessel heat oil
  • Fry onion until onion turns golden brown add green chillies,ginger,garlic paste,salt and turmeric powder cook for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Now add water and take on tawa cover with the lid for daam
  • Sprinkle the coriander leaves
  • Serve with roti`s.
