How To Make Chicken,Capsicum And Cabbage Curry

INGREDIENTS:

Onion - 2 bid chopped
Tomato - 2 chopped
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - half teaspoon
Turmeric powder - quater teaspoon
Chicken - 1 kg
Green capsicum - 2 chopped
Cabbage - 1 chopped
Green chilli - 2
Oil - 4 or 5 tablespoon
Water - half cup

INSTRUCTION:

Heat a oil in a vessel add onion fry to golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic paste cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt.
Add tomatoes,green chillies and water cook till tomato is soft and tender.
Now add chicken cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add capsicum and cabbage.
Cook till cabbage and capsicum is well cooked.
Add garam masala and remove from flame
Serve with roti.
