BHINDI MASALA
INGREDIENTS:
Onion - 4 or 5 medium Chopped
Green chillies - 4
Tomato - 3 medium chopped
Salt to taste
Red chilli - half or 1 teaspoom
Turmeric powder - quater teaspoon
Garam masala - half teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon paste
Ginger - 1 tablespoon paste
water - quater cup
coriander powder - half teaspoon
METHOD:
Now take another vessel heat oil add onion turn golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 4 minutes on medium flame.
Add tomato,coriander powder,red chilli,turmeric powder,salt and wate.
Cover and cook till tomatoes is well cooked.
Add bhindi in masala and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Add garam masala after 2 minutes remove from flame.
serve hot with yogurt and roti.
