How To Make Bhindi Masala(Lady Finger) Recipe

 BHINDI MASALA

INGREDIENTS:

Bhindi - 1 kg washed and cut head and tail and cut into small pieces
Onion - 4 or 5 medium Chopped
Green chillies - 4
Tomato - 3 medium chopped
Salt to taste
Red chilli - half or 1 teaspoom
Turmeric powder - quater teaspoon
Garam masala - half teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon paste
Ginger - 1 tablespoon paste
water - quater cup
coriander powder - half teaspoon

METHOD:

Heat a oil in a vessel add bhindi and green chillies fry till bhindi is soft and tender.
Now take another vessel heat oil add onion turn golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 4 minutes on medium flame.
Add tomato,coriander powder,red chilli,turmeric powder,salt and wate.
Cover and cook till tomatoes is well cooked.
Add bhindi in masala and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Add garam masala after 2 minutes remove from flame.
serve hot with yogurt and roti.
