MATAR PULAO RECIPE (Peas)

MATAR PULAO

INGREDIENTS:
Onion - 2c small chopped
Peas - 1 or half kg
Tomato - 1 or 2 chopped
Green chillies - 4 or 5
Whole Garam Masala as required
Red chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
Rice - 1 kg washed
Oil - half or 1 cup
Garlic - half teaspoon
Water - 2 cups

METHOD:
Heat a oil in a vessel add onion fry and turn to light brown.
Add Garlic paste fry for 2 minutes.
Add green chillies,tomato,salt,red chilli,turmeric powder,whole garam masala and peas
Add water 2 cups and Cover and Cook till masala is mix and well cooked.
Add rice in masala after 1 boil of water take a tawa and put the vessel on it.
when rice is well cooked remove from flame 
serve with yogurt
